European leaders are scheduled to meet next week for an emergency summit on war in Ukraine, in response to concerns that the US is moving forward with Russia over peace negotiations that keep the continent out.

Keir Starmer, who is expected to attend the Paris summit, is clear that it is “a moment for our national security” and that Europe must play a bigger role in NATO. He said that.

Donald Trump’s special mission to Ukraine came after European leaders said they would not take part in consultations to end the war between us and Russia.

Senior White House figures, including US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, will meet Russian negotiators in Saudi Arabia in the coming days. US officials said Ukraine was also invited — although President Voldimia Zelensky said his country had not received such an invitation.

In a statement likely to raise concerns between Ukraine and European allies, special envoy Keith Kellogg said previous negotiations had failed because so many political parties were involved.

“It could be like blackboard chalk. It might be a bit grated, but I’m really honest with you,” he said Saturday.

Europe continues to be troubled by the Minsk Agreement, a failed ceasefire agreement between Ukraine and Russia in 2015. The negotiations mediated by France and Germany sought to end the fighting in the Donbas region of eastern Ukraine.

Sir Kiel is understood to see his role in connecting us with Europe in ensuring a united approach to peace in Ukraine.

The British Prime Minister will discuss the views of European leaders visiting President Trump at the White House later this month.

Further meetings between Zelensky and European leaders are expected after Iris Kiel returns from Washington.

Sir Kiel said the UK “works to keep the US and Europe together,” adding that “the division of the alliance cannot be distracted from the “outside enemy.”

“This is a one-time moment for national security, where we engage in the reality of today’s world and the threats we face from Russia,” he said.

“It is clear that Europe must play a greater role in NATO, working with the US to secure Ukraine’s future and to face the threats it faces from Russia.”

Polish Foreign Minister Radoslau Sikorsky said Emmanuel Macron had called the summit of European leaders, which had not yet been announced by the French president.

Sikorsky states: “President Trump has a way of running. The Russians call for reconnaissance through the battle. You push what happens and change your position, your legal tactics. And we need to respond. There is.”

Earlier on Saturday, Zelensky called for the creation of a “European Army” amid growing concern.

Speaking at the Munich security conference, he said that US Vice President JD Vance’s speech at the event revealed that the old relationship between Europe and America was “end” and that the continent “need to adapt to it.” He said.

However, Zelensky also said that after Ukraine agreed to President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin to begin peace talks, “We will never accept the deal that was made behind our backs without our involvement.” “He said.

Earlier this week, the US president had a lengthy phone conversation with Russian leaders and announced that negotiations to stop Ukraine’s “silly war” would begin “quickly.”

Trump then turned his plan into Zelensky “informed.”

Trump seemed confident that his leadership style could pave the way for a peace deal in Ukraine.

His settlement with Putin ended more than three years of silence between Moscow and Washington.

Trump’s shocking announcement rekindled memories of his 2018 meeting with Putin in Helsinki.

The two men held a close to two-hour closure association in the Finland capital, continuing a joint press conference in which Trump defended Russia over allegations of interference in the 2016 US presidential election.

His comments include cyberattacks and fake news stories planted on social media, despite the conclusion that Russia was behind efforts to scale US elections against Hillary Clinton in 2016. It concluded that it was concluded through a national approval campaign.

On Saturday, Secretary of State Marco Rubio called the February 12 call between Trump and Putin “construction” with the Russian Foreign Minister.

A senior Trump administration official will begin peace talks with Saudi Arabia’s Russia and Ukrainian negotiators in the coming days, US leader Michael McCall told Reuters.

Makol, chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, said he understood that Zelensky had been invited to participate in the Saudi Arabian talks. .

A day ago, Vance launched a conflict attack on European democracy, saying that the biggest threat facing the continent is not from Russia and China, but from the inside.

In his speech at the Munich security conference, he repeated the Trump administration’s line that Europe “must step up in a big way to provide its own defense.”

David Lamy says that the UK and EU countries must spend more on defense, as Europe faces “existential questions” even in the event of peace negotiated in Ukraine.

“President Putin will not leave,” the UK Foreign Secretary told the Munich Security Conference on Saturday. “The 23 NATO countries are currently spending at least 2% of their GDP on defense.” “Face up.”
