Etihad Airways welcomed 1.7 million guests in January 2025.
This is an 18% increase in the same period last year, a passenger load factor of 89% compared to 86% in January 2024.

According to a report by WAM, traffic statistics for the Abu Dhabi-based airline for the month show that it started the year with continuous performance.
“There was a particularly robust passenger load factor when strong traffic results occurred in January and signaling continued to have an upward momentum. As guests continue to choose to fly with Etihad, there was a particularly robust passenger load factor. In addition to the strong numbers, we are delighted to see the continued approval of our guests. January will be a record level for customer satisfaction.
“We announced Triple Dyrei and Triple Dyrei to Milan since November 2025, and an increase in the frequency of four days to Bangkok since February 2026,” he added.
