Donatella Versace impressed fans with her youthful look when she appeared in London on Sunday.
The 69-year-old Versace creative director wore a strapless black bodysuit with sequin fringe as she attended the charity gala premiere of The Devil Wears Prada at the Dominion Theater. She wore a semi-sheer, copper-colored, long-sleeved dress. .
Versace also wore sheer black stockings and brown platform boots. The fashion designer accessorized with gold star earrings and wore soft makeup that included shimmering dark gold eyeshadow and a nude lip.
Instead of her signature straight platinum blonde hairstyle, Versace sported shoulder-length waves in warmer tones.

After Versace was photographed on the red carpet, fans rushed to social media to praise her fresh look.
One X user wrote, “She looks great. I’m glad she changed her makeup.”
“I’m so glad she ditched the black smokey eye,” another woman commented. “I was wondering why she went for her signature look when she’s so demanding on mature skin and light hair.”
“Less makeup makes my face brighter and that in itself is a huge improvement!” added one commenter.

The charity gala premiere of the musical The Devil Wears Prada held on World AIDS Day benefited the Elton John AIDS Foundation. In addition to Versace, John and his spouse David Furnish, Elizabeth Hurley, Lily Collins, Vanessa Williams, Luke Evans, fashion designers Zandra Rhodes and Betsey Johnson, and Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Many stars were in attendance, including Wintour.
The musical is an adaptation of the 2006 romantic comedy The Devil Wears Prada, based on the 2003 book of the same name by Lauren Weisberger.
Weisberger’s novel is loosely inspired by her time working as Winter’s assistant. The character of Miranda Priestley, a demanding and powerful fashion magazine editor-in-chief, is thought to be based on Wintour.
In the film, Priestley was played by Meryl Streep, who won a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress and was nominated for an Oscar for Best Actress for her performance. The film also starred Anne Hathaway and Emily Blunt.
The Elton John AIDS Foundation funds programs that provide treatment, support and services to people living with or at risk of HIV/AIDS, and de-stigmatizes the disease, according to the foundation’s website. We are working to eliminate it.
Versace shared photos from the premiere’s red carpet on her Instagram page in two posts. The businesswoman was also spotted posing with John, Furnish, Wintour and Williams, as well as joining the musical’s cast for a group photo. She also posted videos of her red carpet and performances.

Versace captioned another post: “Reply to you that I’d like to open your gala night with The Devil Wears Prada. @eltonjohn you are a genius. I was hooked from the first note to the last. “The show is mesmerizing.”

On December 2nd, Versace paid tribute to his late brother, Versace founder Gianni Versace, on his birthday. The famous designer died in 1997 at the age of 50, shot to death by serial killer Andrew Cunanan.
