According to Kazakh designer Yerlan Zuldasbek, while global fashion trends are often determined by American and European designers, Kazakh fashion is heavily influenced by trends from Asia, especially Japan and South Korea.

“They have a freer style, casual, so-called casual chic. These trends are becoming more and more popular among young people in Kazakhstan,” Zuldasbek told Kazinform News Agency.

According to him, pastel colors will remain in the new season.

“Next year, we will continue to see trends in classic black and white colors, as well as emerald green, all shades of wine, pastel colors and leopard print. Each region has its own unique fashion style, depending on the season and collection. It is important to note that there may be regimes and preferences. For example, pastel colors, wine colors, emerald green and various shades of green are suitable for spring and summer, ”Zhordasbek says. spoke.

“But for me as a designer, the quality of the fabric is much more important than the color. I work exclusively with natural materials. For each person, the quality and workmanship of the fabric is the basis. ” he added.

For famous Kazakh designer Aida Kaumenova, convenience takes precedence over beauty in fashion pieces.

“Of course, trends play an important role. There are special institutes in the world that develop fashion colors and trends, and of course we use this colorism,” says Kazakh Fashion in Almaty・Kaumenova Kazinform said in Week.

“It’s important to have a clear understanding of what’s trending and do your research beforehand. We then integrate our identity into the collection, creating pieces that are relevant and fun for everyone to wear. “We create products that are comfortable as well as comfortable,” she added.

With the rise and fall of various fashion trends, Kazakh designers do not just follow trends, but also transform them into art, much like the work of chefs who use the same ingredients to create culinary masterpieces. Kaumenova emphasizes.

She described Kazakh youth as flexible and without boundaries in their style and color choices. If previously national elements of clothing were perceived as something special and rarely worn, now the situation has changed dramatically. According to Kaumenova, young people are not afraid to wear skullcaps or T-shirts with national patterns or inscriptions to emphasize self-expression and identity.

Shades of burgundy, brown and gray will be the hallmark of winter 2025, she said.

Zarkar Askaraliyev, a young designer from the Kyrgyz Republic who specializes in neo-ethno fashion, said fashion is constantly changing and evolving, both in style and color. Global trends are shaped by top designers and big companies, who plan years in advance which shades and fabrics will dominate the fashion scene. But that’s why it’s all the more important to find your own style that’s both authentic and comfortable.

“Global brands often offer bright colors, but our employees may not be ready for that, so it’s important to focus on comfort. Style that makes you feel confident Trends and fashions don’t last long these days until something changes. Only the months matter. Therefore, it is important for people to find their own image and not to stick to one style or color, ”he told Kazinform.

Terra cotta with its harmonious brown and red hues, along with sapphires and deep blues, will continue to be on trend, Askaraliev says.
