The BJP on Tuesday (December 31, 2024) accused Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal of using children for political gains and accused him of practicing “petty, cheap and dirty” politics. I made an accusation.

BJP national spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia said in a press conference that the ruling party in Delhi is refusing to allow some children to raise pro-Kejriwal slogans, even though the National Human Rights Commission has expressed serious concerns over the issue. He said that he had not dismissed any posts indicating that he was in charge.

He said such depictions of children violate juvenile justice and election commission guidelines.

“Kejriwal and Chief Minister Atishi are not even showing mercy to children. They are violating the dignity of children. Is it because they know that Kejriwal will lose the Delhi elections?” Bhatia asked.

He asked why Mr Kejriwal was “playing with young and impressionable minds for petty, cheap and dirty politics”.

He asserted that the Bharatiya Janata Party will ensure that “those who destroy children and hate children” are removed from power. He accused the AAP government of converting school toilets into children’s classrooms and deliberately failing students of classes 9 and 11 in order to increase pass percentage in classes 10 and 12. .

He added that people will celebrate ‘Happiness Utsav’, the Delhi government’s initiative to commemorate ‘happiness curriculum’ in schools by giving AAP a lesson in the upcoming polls.

He said the AAP government had not opened any new schools despite promising to set up more than 500 schools, as almost 80 per cent of teacher posts remained vacant. insisted.

Mr. Bhatia called Mr. Kejriwal’s announcement to pay a monthly stipend of Rs 18,000 to temple and gurdwara priests as another “false promise” by the AAP, saying that Mr. Kejriwal was threatening his “political life”. He claimed to know that the end was near.

Until recently, he said, the government had opened liquor stores outside religious sites.

A BJP spokesperson pointed out that the AAP government had also promised the same amount to the imam but had not paid it for 17 months. “There is no more fraudulent and deceitful politician in India than him,” he claimed.

Asked about the Congress’ accusation that the Bharatiya Janata Party government at the Center was disrespecting former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, the Bharatiya Janata Party leader hit back at the opposition’s “insult” against former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao, saying He said they did not even allow him to be cremated. the capital of the country.

A bitter war of words continues between the Congress and the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party over funeral arrangements for Singh and the installation of a memorial to the former prime minister.
