Bangladesh’s exports have grown moderately in the EU

Dhaka, February 16, 2025 (BSS) – Bangladesh ready-made clothing (RMG) exports
He experienced moderate growth from the current July to January

Within the EU, Germany appears as a major market, and Bangladesh exports
Spain has $2 billion, while France has reached $2.97 billion for $1.28

The growth rate was particularly notable in Germany (13.47pc),
Netherlands (27.3pc), Poland (13.7pc), Denmark (18.56pc), Sweden (26.7pc).

Bangladesh’s RMG sector has also demonstrated the growth of non-traditional markets.
An overall increase of 6.42% could go further
expansion. Among these markets, Japan led imports totaling $721 million.
Australia continues at $512 million and India continues at $427 million.


Exports to countries like Türkiye and Mexico are also important.
