Assam Prime Minister Himanta Biswa Salma will visit Singapore to promote the ‘Advantage Assam 2.0’ investment and infrastructure summit, highlighting the state’s potential in advanced industries and innovation.
Sarma said the focus is on introducing the state as an emerging hub for senior industries and innovation.
“From tomorrow, I will be in Singapore for the next two days to promote Advantage Assam. I will highlight the growth potential of the state in sectors such as semiconductors, deep technology, infrastructure and manufacturing,” the CM said. I mentioned it in a post.
Roadshows and one-on-one meetings with industry leaders to explore strategic collaboration and investment opportunities will also be organized as part of his trip.
“The key focus is to position Assam as a new hub for advanced industries and innovation,” Salma added.
Guwahati’s two-day “Assam 2.0 Investment and Infrastructure Summit” will be held from February 25th. It is set to be launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Salma and his Cabinet colleagues have met potential investors from various states and countries and are invited to join the summit.
