TL;DR: AMD announced the Radeon RX 9000 series “RDNA 4” graphics card on February 28th, and will be available in early March. The flagship RX 9070 XT with 16GB of GDDR6 memory is rumoured to be priced at $599, and could cover Nvidia’s RTX 5070 TI at $150. Performance leaks suggest it’s 10% slower than the RTX 5080 in 4K games, but it’s better at ray tracing compared to RDNA

AMD officially announced that it will be unveiling its next-generation Radeon RX 9000 series “RDNA 4” graphics card on February 28th.

In a new X post by David McAfee’s Ryzen CPU and Ryzen CPU and Radeon Graphics VP and GM, he said: The Radeon RX 9000 series prepares it when it subscribes to the AMD YouTube channel and appears on the shelf.

The new AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT and Radeon RX 9070 graphics cards with the next-generation RDNA 4 GPU architecture, the flagship RX 9070 XT, which locks 16GB of GDDR6 memory, features a rumored price of $599. If AMD can nail its elusive $599 price to its flagship Radeon RX 9070 XT, it’s $749-$150 cheaper than Nvidia’s new GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card.

In recent leaks, we have heard that the flagship Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card is 10% slower than the new GeForce RTX 5080 in 4K games. In other leaks, I’ve heard that the new RDNA 4-capable RX 9070 XT is rastering similar performance to the RDNA 3-based Radeon RX 7900 XTX, but RDNA 4 is ray tracing (RT) for these stories Suck RDNA 3 with.
