A busy bee -waiting challenges GO liquidation first in NCLAT

BUSY BEE AIRLING PVT LTD, one of the bidders of the grounded airline, arrived first and approached the National Corporate Law Court (NCLAT) to disagree with the airline’s clearing.

On January 20, the National Company Court (NCLT) issued an order sent to the liquidation first after voting for airline creditors in unanimous allocations to settle the carrier on debt.

The NCLAT bench, led by Chairman Ashok Bucushan, will hear a bidder’s petition on Thursday, January 23. On January 21, BUSY Bee Airways notified NCLT’s decision to objection to liquidation and intended to submit a resolution plan to take over the airline.

Bush Bee Airways, which had a majority of Nishant Pitti and linked to AJAY SINGH, the chair and management director of SpiceJet, had previously been interested in acquiring GO, but the airline left without an operation aircraft. The bid was withdrawn when it was done. However, the company has now decided to re -enter into the bidding process and has added another twist to GO FIRST’s Solvency Saga.
