Conor McGregor has formally appealed a high court civil ruling that stated that the UFC star raised Nikita’s hand at a hotel in Dublin in 2018. Court records show that the UFC star filed his appeal on Friday, attempting to overturn the decision.

The ju judge, consisting of four men and eight women, ruled against McGregor in a civil lawsuit brought by hand in November last year. But they cleaned up his friend James Lawrence from the misconduct. Hand was awarded nearly 250,000 euros in damages after the verdict. Hand, originally from Dorim, Dublin, filed a lawsuit on December 9, 2018 at the Beacon Hotel in Sandyford, alleging that both McGregor and Lawrence had r**ed on her. The two men denied the allegations and allegedly met MS. .

According to the Irish Times, Hand testified that she claimed that she was “abused” and “brutally r**ed” by McGregor, and that she was afraid of her life at some point. Her legal team claimed that McGregor’s friend James Lawrence had mistakenly claimed he was with her to undermine her reputation.

McGregor was ordered to cover most of Hand’s expenses in the civil lawsuit. Last month, the High Court also directed McGregor not to share footage of CCTV Ms. Hand. He was required to destroy or return a copy of the footage, and Judge Alexander Owens requested an oath statement confirming that the footage had been deleted.
The case is scheduled to return to court on March 6th.
