“They can get a place for the Vinoo Mankad Trophy team saying they know Rakesh Tiwary and Kaushal Tiwary. They say that if you want to play in the trophy, you need to pay Rs 15 I said there is,” Saini in his complaint, the copy of which is the same as the Tribune.

After agreeing, he paid a prepayment of Rs 2,50,000 and submitted documents such as an Aadhaar card, birth date certificate and Mark Sheet. Saini was then invited to Bihar, where he was asked for more money to confirm his choice after three days of playing a local match at Sheohar.

He listed all account numbers where he transferred the money.

Similarly, Vicky cites how he stayed at Purnea for seven days and played two local matches in the complaint. “So far, I have given Rs 4,50,000 in cash and transferred Rs 13,50,000 to the account,” Vicki claimed.

“They called me to the Ranji Trophy Camp in Purnea, Bihar. I stayed there for 15 days and didn’t train at the camp. Then I was called to Patna for 10 days. Again , I wasn’t part of the camp. They then retracted their previous promise to get me a place for the Ranji Trophy team and told me it was Vijay Hazare’s trophy.” insisted.

“When I didn’t agree, I was threatened. They said we’d kill you here and no one would hear it. “You said As you do, you will be told about the match when they are held. Back from here,” he added.

“Despite the complaints, the police have not yet registered an FIR. We will file a motion in the Tee Hazari court where investigators will be called to explain the reasons for this delay,” said the lawyer. Rajiv Yadav told the Tribune.
