After his departure from TNA Wrestling, the report showed former knockout champion Jordynne Grace signed a multi-year contract with WWE. The move was later confirmed by WWE commentators during Grace’s outing in the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble match. So where will the newly created WWE Superstar go from here?
According to Fightful Select, Grace has a main roster-level contract with WWE. However, her immediate path is expected to take her to WWE’s development brand, “NXT.” She had previously appeared through a partnership with TNA’s WWE. The outlet points out that people within WWE don’t think Grace’s official “NXT” run will be long, but at least it’s her destination.
Grace’s contract with WWE is said to be five years long, so he will move forward with the company until 2029. Similarly, former WWE Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss reportedly signed a new five-year contract just before the woman’s return. Royal Rumble later saw her being eliminated by Liv Morgan.
For tonight’s “WWE NXT” episode, it is set to feature the NXT Women’s Championship Summit. Grace’s status is unknown. “Juggernaut” was eliminated by NXT Women’s Champion Julia in the Women’s Royal Rumble Match. Therefore, a follow-up showdown between the two of “NXT” is possible. Before the Royal Rumble, the appearance of the final ring-in ring of Grace, a WWE affiliate, was held on November 6th, with Julia, Stephanie Verker, Kelani Jordan and Zaria on a special ECW-themed episode of “NXT” Appeared when you win.
