What to see in Peacocks: Six Best Dramas for catching this winter season

1. Lockerbie: Search for truth

Colin Firth, a winner of the Academy Awards, plays the role of Dr. Jim Swire in the British mini series. He relentlessly pursues what happened to him after his daughter was killed with others when Panam’s flight 103 was destroyed by a terrorist. 1988 attack.

4. Be Cham House

The drama of the British era, set in 1795 Delhi, describes the story of John Be Cham, a veteran of the East India Company War, who wants to establish a shelter for his family.

This short -lived six -part series by Gurinder Chadha is focusing on colonialism and political tension.

5. Break house

Charles Dickens’s classic Break House’s adaptation has been discovered in the 19th -century English legal system.

6. Downton monastery

This highly evaluated historic drama follows the lives of the nobles and their servants from 1912 to 1926. It covers all major historical events, such as World War I, the epidemic of the Spanish influenza, and the change in British social order.

Downton Abbey has become a global phenomenon and has won numerous awards, including Golden Globes and Multiple Emmy.
