Madhuri Madhusudan Khera’s new investment

Madhuri Madhusudan Kela has purchased a stake in Waaree Energies Limited, India’s largest solar PV module manufacturer.

As per the shareholding pattern of Waaree Energies Ltd for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 available on NSE, Mr. Madhuri Madhusudan Kela bought 33,41,700 shares of Waaree Energies Ltd. He holds a total of 1.16% of the company’s shares. The investment value is Rs 870.6 million.
The shares of Waaree Energies Ltd were listed on the stock exchange on October 28, 2024 at a premium of 66.3% over the IPO issue price. The script is priced at Rs 2500 on NSE and Rs 2550 on BSE.

Second investment in Indostar Capital Finance

Her second investment is Indostar Capital Finance Ltd, an NBFC company. According to public shareholding information available on BSE Public Shareholding Information, he purchased approximately 3,379,834 shares representing approximately 2.48 per cent of the company’s shares. Her total investment in the company now stands at Rs 9,450 crore.

The company has a market capitalization of Rs 3,825 crore and is part of the BSE Small Cap Index.

Indostar Capital Finance Ltd. provides vehicle finance for the purchase of used or new commercial vehicles, passenger cars and two-wheelers.

Indostar Capital Finance Ltd. stock has returned 38.97% over the past year.

Other investments

Kela’s other investments include IRIS Business Services, Sangam (India), Rashi Peripherals, Kopran, Repro India, Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company, Unicommerce eSolutions, and Niyogin Fintech.
