Peacock has released a trailer for a new documentary in which bodyguards, interns, makeup artists, and producers speak out against disgraced music mogul Diddy.

“Honestly, I didn’t want to be around him without the cameras,” one of Sean Combs’ entourage says in the trailer for “Diddy: The Making of a Bad Guy.”

Variety details

The 90-minute documentary special will premiere on Peacock on January 14 and promises to provide “important insight into the forces that shaped (Comms) and may have turned him into the monster he was.”

“Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy” features interviews with one of Combs’ childhood friends, his former bodyguard, and the winner of Diddy’s music competition series “Making the Band.” It is recorded. Additionally, producer and singer-songwriter Al B. Schur!, who was with Combs at Uptown Records and previously dated Kim Porter, spoke about his former labelmate.

The doc also includes new footage of Diddy partying both at home and in the studio. An anonymous interviewee in the trailer says: “I’ve been with Sean for a long time and we’ve captured a lot of moments. Whenever there’s red in the studio or in the room, he’s having sex and sex. Some of the people who walk into the room… There were certainly some minors.”

Combs has been accused by multiple people of rape, child molestation and sexual misconduct for incidents that occurred between 1991 and 2023. He was arrested after Homeland Security searched his home and a grand jury indicted him. He was charged with sex trafficking and extortion and is currently incarcerated in Brooklyn, awaiting a criminal trial in May. Combs has pleaded not guilty to all federal criminal charges dating back to 2024.

Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy isn’t the only documentary that explores Diddy’s dark and disturbing world. Netflix is producing a documentary series directed by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson about the Combs allegations, and ID (producer of Nickelodeon’s tell-all show “Quiet on Set”) is producing a multi-part documentary series that will premiere on Max. will investigate the fallen rapper and producer in a documentary.

“Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy” is produced by Ample Entertainment, Blink Films and FGW Productions. Executive producers are Ali Mark, Phil Lott, Sumit David, Stephanie Frederick, Laura Jones, and Justin Kershaw. Sarah Lavery is co-executive producer.
