Reese Witherspoon and Will Ferrell star in this wedding comedy as two wedding planners competing for their sister (Meredith Hagner) and daughter (Geraldine Viswanathan), respectively. What about the hook? Both are booked for the same venue and wedding date. You might be expecting a romantic comedy, but the dynamic between Witherspoon and Ferrell in the trailer is more reminiscent of Seth Rogen vs. Zac Efron in Neighbors, and Sincerely Invited is also similar to that movie. That makes sense considering it was directed by director Nicholas Stoller. Then again, Stoller also directed Brothers, so this could go either way. (Distributed on January 30th)
