In the same conversation, the Southern actor said that the love and support of his fans throughout his 40-year career made Burrows possible. Mohanlal said, “This is like an offering from me for the care, love and respect that the audience has given me over the years. I had to give something back to them.” Directing the film When I had the opportunity to do this, I wanted to create something that no one had ever done before.”

‘Burrows’ was Mohanlal’s last project of 2024. In 2025, the 64-year-old actor and director will have quite a number of films released. Movies scheduled to be released next year include “L360 (tentative)”, “Tudarum”, “L2: Enpuran”, “Kannappa”, and “Ram”.
