Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has slammed former Prime Minister Imran Khan, accusing him of seeking foreign intervention from the United States despite his past statements rejecting such involvement. .

ARY News quoted Asif as saying that Khan was the first politician to “begged for US aid” and that Asif said, “He used to say ‘slavery is unacceptable’ but now he has said ‘slavery is unacceptable’. Slavery must be tolerated immediately,” he added.

Further, as per a report in ARY News, Asif questioned the former prime minister’s loyalty and said, “This man has a history. Someone please tell me, to whom has he been loyal? Himself. Even members of his party cannot name the person to whom he pledged allegiance.” To. “

Khwaja Asif also expressed confusion over PTI’s sudden change in attitude and said, “What happened in the last 15 days when PTI agreed to talks? Was it a charm or spell that made them change their mind? ?” he asked.

He also said that no one had consulted him about the need for negotiations, stressing the importance of including all power centers in the negotiation process.

Mr. Asif concluded by suggesting that all power centers should be involved in negotiations with PTI to ensure a balanced and comprehensive approach. According to ARY News, Asif stressed that despite conflicts and differences with Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), he will continue to respect the Democratic Charter.

Earlier, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Political Affairs Rana Sanaullah said that PTI founder Imran Khan, PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif and PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari will resolve Pakistan’s problems. ARY News reported. .

Rana Sanaullah said national issues can only be resolved through talks. He added that even though it suffered political setbacks, the PML-N saved the country from defaulting on its debts.
