MILAN — Armani Casa continues to plant its flag around the world.
The brand’s first real estate project in southern Brazil is located in Balneario Camboriu, on the waterfront of Barra Sur, a resort town in the state of Santa Caterina. The 78-story building will consist of apartments measuring up to approximately 12,000 square feet.
Through an agreement with Embraed, a luxury real estate construction and development company with 40 years of experience, the project is expected to officially open in 2026.
