What does a mentor mean to you? How do you teach your colleagues at work?
Being a mentor is about open communication and honesty. I believe that I will have a frank conversation with my team and to support them and think independently as needed. I make the key to sharing ideas safely, learning from their mistakes, and creating an environment to grow. It is to build trust and promote continuous improvement culture.
How about the morning schedule?
Start the day with yoga and coffee. But I believe that the productive morning starts the night before. Before going to bed every night, the next day is planned with great care, so it is seamless in the morning. My plan and market research are classified, so I jump straight into my work after yoga and coffee routines.
What is the principle of productivity that makes your specialty and private life much easier?
Efficiency is important. I use the AI tool effectively, and I am planning a day by greatly dependent on Google Meet and Google Calendar. By scheduling the day strategically, the travel is minimized. On the day of the meeting, I dedicate to the meeting all day. If I have resigned, I will do all the schedule at once.
What is the routine of the positive work developed during pandemic?
One of the positive routines is to rationalize global collaboration. After Cobid, we accepted the possibility of cooperating with collaborators and consultants around the world, and made the distance from being involved. Google Meet contributes to this change. This is a game changer, eliminating unnecessary scheduling delays and travel time while enabling quick and efficient virtual meetings. How do you relax? Do you pursue a serious hobby?
