Dell Technologies today announced its 2025 Dell Technologies Partner Program, offering a simplified structure focused on accelerating growth and collaboration across key technologies across storage, clients, networking and AI.
“At Dell Technologies, winning together is our North Star. We believe it is possible to produce exceptional outcomes through strong partnerships across our ecosystem.” “Our 2025 Partner Program is poised to accelerate innovation across the shared ecosystem, addressing the biggest opportunities in today’s technology industry and unleashing growth in the age of AI.”
Growth and modernization of core business
Over the past four quarters, the partners have contributed to approximately 50% of the Asia-Pacific region and Japan’s net revenue (excluding Great China), contributing to joint success and leadership as one of the industry’s largest market enterprise engines.
The 2025 Dell Technologies Partner program continues to deliver valuable benefits and rewards in key areas, and provide even more profitability.
Strengthening growth incentives: Titanium Partners receives a new 2% storage + growth incentive when they meet their quarterly goals. Dell recently introduced one of the biggest investments it has made in the partner client PC business while meeting its quarterly client PC unit targets.
PC Refresh: Dell’s newly announced AI PC portfolio allows partners to take advantage of the upcoming PC refresh cycle. Client growth incentives, increased client + base rate eligibility, and consumer product recognition for base rate eligibility help partners meet customer demands.
Select competitive rebates: Dell rewards all Metal Tier partners with a 4% competitive selection earning rebate when they win new business with Dell Storage, Data Protection, or Client+. Rebates add to the eligibility of acquiring rebate by qualifying large, non-invasive accounts and previously ineligible end users.
New market opportunities
According to Canalys, the global addressable technology market is projected to reach more than $5 trillion in 2025, with over 70% expected to be delivered to partners. AI will be a key driver of this growth and will require investment in tools and resources that will help partners accelerate their adoption of enterprise AI.
This new program will allow partners to help build AI capabilities by accessing AI-enabled architectures, such as the industry-leading Dell AI Factory portfolio.
The 2025 Partner Program includes:
AI Networking Multiplier: Dell and its partners have collaborative opportunities with infrastructure to support AI solutions such as data management, power supply, cooling and networking. Dell uses a triple multiplier on the Dell Powerswitch Z series to double the basic incentives for AI networking.
ability: Dell has updated its data science and AI training competency to enable partners in delivering Dell across the Dell AI Factory and deploying Dell products for AI.
Dell Services: Dell Asset Recovery Services helps partners plan PC updates by safely and responsibly resigning Legacy IT assets to drive environmental impact. To help partners increase Metal Tier Services revenue thresholds, Dell maintains a three-fold service tier revenue accelerator for all storage-compatible services. Partners who sell storage and sell services and storage-based Dell Apex subscriptions are perfect for leveraging this accelerator for next year’s metal tier.
Commitment to maintain progress and promote efficiency: Our partners are equipped with essential tools and resources such as energy efficiency calculators, messaging resources, RFP portal tools, on-demand training, and product carbon footprint reporting to support your journey and meet your requirements. Launched last year, Dell’s refresh sustainability competency also helps partners participate in valuable and efficient conversations with customers.
Enhanced and streamlined partner experience
As part of our 2025 program, Dell is committed to continuing to enhance the tools, policies and processes available to our partners, making collaboration and engagement easier. Continuing investment in optimizing your partner experience will increase your predictability when using Dell, including:
Accelerate growth and collaboration through partner initial storage strategies: The implementation of Competitive Select is based on the partner’s initial strategy for partner’s commitment to storage collaboration by making 99% of customers and prospects “partner-first” in storage. With a five-fold increase in partners in record storage accounts since launch, partners are driving collaboration between Dell Sellers and Partners, unlocking new revenue streams and driving storage outcomes. Dell is also an agnostic for client businesses on the route to the market, driving consistent seller compensation to encourage collaboration.
Integrated Technology: Intool Intelligence introduces partner features based on partners in past customer account engagement, record status and competency completion, making it easier for salespeople to collaborate with them.
Accelerate the time before quoting: Take advantage of competitively priced storage, client and server preconfigured bundles to quote faster and quickly in the market.
Enhance your business decisions: Earlier this year, Dell will launch an incentive simulator to enable partners to calculate future trading incentives and potential profits at the incentive center.
“With predictable engagement and customized rewards, Dell is committed to leveraging new growth opportunities and holding close impacts with partners. The 2025 Partner Program enables deeper collaboration and partners We will continue to win with and discover new routes to share growth and success over the next few years,” Manish Gupta added.
