According to the report, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, a British royal couple who currently live in the United States, raised speculation about their involvement in US politics, and the number of causes related to Democrats from the Archewell Foundation We donated hundreds of thousands of dollars.

It turns out that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex spent a lot of money on sources that lie alongside high-level Democrats. Elections since the 1990s.

The California-based Archewell Foundation of Markle and Harry began in 2020 and 2023 with $146,000, which was an independent media strategist called Democrats ‘reliable’ to counter disinformation. Donated to Georekraig.

Additionally, the group gave $25,000 to Brooklyn’s Mercy Lab School, with Craig joining the board in 2024, and an additional $120,000 was donated to Craig in 2022, according to public records.

“That’s actually outrageous.”

Craig, 33, previously worked for Washington, DC research firms Greenberg, Quinlan and Rosner. Considered an election expert, Craig worked to become a senior director of digital strategy by 2016 and became the company’s vice president between 2018 and 2021.

The company’s website helped Bill Clinton become president in 1992 and boasts “helping clients campaign, victory, govern and win.”

Additionally, Archewell is Markup News Inc, a New York-based nonprofit funded by Craig Newmark, founder of Craigslist and the open society foundation of controversial billionaire and Democratic mega-donor George Soros. We donated $90,000 to .

But the charity’s biggest contribution of $250,000 was given to Women’s Wellness Space, a Pennsylvania charity founded in 2023 by Ashley Biden, daughter of former President Biden. The donation raised eyebrows at the royal couple’s involvement in American politics. Nile Gardiner, a fellow at the conservative think tank The Heritage Foundation, called for a Congressional investigation into Archewell’s contributions to democratic causes.

“Harry and Meghan still hold the royal title and should never be involved in political activities,” Gardiner said. “That’s actually outrageous.”

What does this mean for royal couples?

The revelation from the report could further widen the gap between Harry and his family in England after Prince William recently met with President Donald Trump. The president has expressed his praise for the British royal family.

Furthermore, British King Charles III has maintained good ties with Trump since his last appointment in 2020, and the president has expressed his support for both, according to the British media. It is being talked about.

However, a spokesman for the royal couple stressed that the Duke and Duchess did not support the candidate in the 2024 presidential election, and that they were trying to gain favour from the Democrats based on their contributions to Ashley. He said that what he would suggest was “misunderstood.” Biden’s nonprofit organization.

“The Duke and Duchess are committed to investing in people and initiatives that really make a difference,” the spokesman said.

Meghan Markle’s political ambitions have been rumoured for a long time. She and Harry met famous Democrats in 2021, including Gov. Kathy Hotchul and then Mayor Bill de Blasio. The same year was California Governor Gavin Newsom.

In particular, Meghan Markle has expressed his dislike for President Trump, and the emotions are mutual, as Trump previously criticised Meghan. Trump recently said he had no intention of deporting Prince Harry from the United States or pursuing a visa case.
