Participating in Sophy Ridge is former Secretary of Defense Penny Mordaunt.

“Ukraine has done an incredible job, and people thought this would be over in a few weeks.
“However, in the way this is happening, Russia concludes that it must continue and ultimately raises further territorial profits.
“The lines that are drawn must be drawn – that is what we should ask of European countries as this negotiation progresses.”
