New Delhi:

It is not the Parliament’s responsibility to win the AAM Aadmi party’s victory, party spokesman Supriya Shrinate told NDTV on Saturday.

“The AAP’s victory is not the Congress… We are looking for fertile political fortresses and trying to win these. Delhi is where we have been in government for 15 years.”

“Our responsibility is not to bring about AAP victory,” reiterated Shrine, “Our responsibility is increasing the active campaign and fighting as hard as possible against this election (or others). He added.

“By that logic… Arvind Kejwal went to Goa, Uttarakhand, Gujarat, Haryana… (to challenge elections in each state)… And in Goa and Uttarakhand, we “It was exactly what AAP got in BJP’s voting stock differences,” she said.

In Goa, the BJP won 40.3% of the votes, with the Congress 13.5% and the AAP 12.8%. In Uttarakhand, the BJP won 44.3%, Congress 37.9 and AAP 4.82.

Ms Schlinate’s incisive comments came as AAP hyed on a parliamentary paper, an ally in the country’s capital for the third consecutive year. It also came amid criticism of Congress against the Indian Bloc leaders who intended to unite the opposition to defeat the BJP.

But that wasn’t the case. The bloc has failed to restrain the BJP since it was established in June 2023, with the party (or allies) winning the majority of the 13 state elections since then.

And last year, a massive defeat in Haryana and Maharashtra – fuelled by the story of a rift between the state’s parliaments and the Indian bloc allies – i.e., Shiv Sena of Uddhav Thackeray and Sharad Pawar nationalist parliaments. The party, and the AAP, have further highlighted the leadership of Congress leaders. block.

The rift was fully publicized as senior leaders, Congress Rahul Gandhi and AAP’s Arvind Kejwal, took pot shots on each other ahead of this Delhi election.

Gandhi fired some barbs to Kejwal and AAP. Taking him on a mission over the BJP’s Haryana government’s allegations, “poison” was mixed with the Yamuna water that was supplied to Yamuna water. Congressional leaders also attacked AAP on suspicion of liquor policy fraud.

Meanwhile, the AAP fought back, claiming that the BJP and Congress were “kahut” each other and that they were conspiring to defeat the “people’s government.”

And then, after the BJP ran into a big early lead, we talked about the rift this morning.

However, Shurien argued that her party could be held responsible for the poor performance of the AAP and that Kejwal would be called for bad governance just like the BJP.

“When and where you need to be called, you will. To say “Aapas aur lado,” or “Don’t fight between yourself,” or to say AAP and political analysts from allies. This is the attempt of… We all appreciate our political fortress and fight the battles we need to fight,” she said.

The parliamentary leader’s response to “Aapas aur lado” was a reference after another Indian bloc member, Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Omar Abdullah, tweeted a jab in the alliance. Abdullah and his national conference allied with Congress for last year’s J&K election, but no help was needed.

The national conference was dominated by victory with its own steam.

The Exit poll predicted a big victory for the BJP in this Delhi election, but as a result, the AAP rejected and returned to form a third consecutive solo government in the capital.

In the end, the exit vote proved correct. The BJP won a dominant victory, claiming 48 of Delhi’s 70 assembly seats. The AAP, which swept 67 in the 2015 election and 62 in 2020, was managed at just 22 years old.
