Thomson Reuters has greatly guided AI to tax experts. In partnership with humanity, the company uses Claude AI technology as a tax tool and marks one of the largest AI rollouts in the tax and accounting industry.

At the center of this initiative is the AI platform for Cocorn Cells and Tomson Reuters’ law experts. This system is executed in Amazon’s secure cloud infrastructure, providing insights equipped with AI, and remains protected with highly confidential client information.

JOEL HRON, a CTO of Thomson Reuters, states in an exclusive interview with VentureBeat, “combines real expert knowledge and advanced technology.” “There are many different domains that generate content and workflows. For us, AI is a tool to promote the distribution of expertise through software.”

How to build a tax AI platform using 150 years of professional content

The company has built a comprehensive search charging (RAG) architecture that connects Claude to the enormous knowledge base of Thomson Reuters, including the content of more than 3,000 subjects and 150 years of specialized publications.

Rob Greenley, the leader of mankind, explained a technical approach in a professional interview. We have taken some additional measures for work with Thomson Reuters. After that, we will work closely with Thomson Reuters to optimize Claude’s performance through advanced prompt strategies and a carefully designed workflow that utilizes advanced content and domain expertise. “

Strategic development of multiple AI models for professional services

Thomson Reuters strategically develops various versions of Claude based on the complexity of tasks. The company uses Claude 3 Haiku for quick processing tasks and Claude 3.5 Sonnets for deeper analysis that requires detailed insights.

The initial results show significant efficiency. “Customers have reported improvement of change efficiency with cocorn cells,” said Hron. “Experts not only save time, but also enhance the level of work that focuses and maintains quality while providing more strategic value by clients.”

Security is the most important in implementation. Amazon Bedrock offers what HRON is called “a robust battle -in -frustration that has been tested in a robust battle that complies with corporate -grade security standards throughout the life cycle.”

Enterprise AI deployment sets new standards for security and professional trust.

The collaboration between Thomson Reuters and Anthropic represents a new model of Enterprise AI deployment, combining advanced AI functions, domain expertise and safe infrastructure. “This partnership is particularly valuable is the combination of Anthropic’s advanced AI functions and the deep Domain of Thomson Reuters and authorized content,” Greenlee said.

Thomson Reuters plans to expand the use of Claude to support the editorial team more efficiently curate content, and explore complex tax workflows and computer vision function agent frameworks.

“We have talked about AI investment as a strategic part of future products,” said Hron. “Our editors spend a considerable amount of time for content construction and curation. We believe that it is very likely to accelerate these processes using human computer vision and tool usage functions. Masu.”

This implementation is because tax and accounting experts have become increasingly adopted by AI tools to rationalize work. The Thomson Reuters approach can function as a blue photo of other companies trying to develop AI while maintaining specialized standards and data security.

Fixed: February 11, 2025: The previous version of this article accidentally stated the use of Claude AI by Tomson Reuters. This technology is specially implemented for tax services in COCOUNSEL, not legal services.
