The Sudani army announced that it had completely controlled the Aljai Refiner near Halzum, while Governor Sudan reported that more than 70 people had died in drone attacks by quick support units (RSF) in Western Sudan.
The images shared by activists in social media showed that Sudan soldiers were in the gates and facilities of the Algeriri Refinery.
There is no comment on Saturday military statements from the militia organization RSF.
On Friday, the army announced that it had terminated RSF to the Communications Command Command in Bali, a suburb of Halzum.
By securing the Aljai Refinery, the Sudan army is currently expanding its dominance in northern Buffli, including areas near the city center.
RSF, on the other hand, maintains the control of the eastern part of the Barri, several districts in the city center, and the Er Mek Nimul Bridge connecting Bari and Halutom.
The Algery Refinus was founded in the 1990s and is the largest oil refining facility in Sudan. It is located in northern Bali, and has been under the control of RSF since the dispute broke out in mid -April 2023.
