SPACEX has created a history by launching a starlink satellite from California on Tuesday (January 21).

In this mission, Falcon 9 rockets sent 27 Star Link Broad Band Craft from the Vandenberg Space Army to a low orbit. About eight minutes after the launch, the first stage of Falcon 9 returned to Earth as scheduled and landed on a marine drone ship.

Space X has made such pinpoint touchdowns common and has hundreds of times so far. In fact, with the success of Tuesday, the company announced through X that the number of orbit -class rockets landed was 400 times.

Most of these touch -downs have been achieved by Falcon 9, the main rocket of SpaceX. The company has repeatedly fly Falcon 9 boosters. For example, in one stage, 25 launches and landing are recorded.

The remaining 400 landings were made with SpaceX’s powerful Falcon Heavy favor. The first stage consists of three modified Falcon 9 boosters. (Large aircraft can be landed three times in one mission, but only 11 times have been flying so far.)

Immediately after launching 27 Star Link satellites from California on January 21, 2025, the first stage of Space X’s Falcon 9 rocket descended to land on a marine ship. This was the 400th landing of the previous orbital rocket for Space X. (Image credit: SpaceX)

This aggregation does not include landing with the next generation of starship megalocks. This rocket is a completely reusable vehicle under development by Space X to support missions, such as living on the moon and Mars. (The upper row of Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy is a consumable item.)

The height of 403.5 feet (123 meters) has been a track of the test flight seven times so far, and has recently been launched on January 16. In this mission, he dramatically captured the first stage of the super -weight of the starship with an arm like “chopsticks” at the time of launch. A tower on a star -based Star -based, southern Texas. It was the second time SPACEX achieved this feat. Last November, he captured Super Heavy on Starship 5 flights.

However, the upper row of the starship exploded about eight and a half minutes after the start of seven flights due to the leakage of the propulsion.
