Maujgal XI wins open cricket tournament

Nashon Se Door, Maujgar XI defeat Bhagwati Blasters XI at Abohar Square Stadium in a thrilling final of the Abohar Open Cricket Tournament organized by Jakhar Trust as part of the campaign of Keron Ki Aur It broke. The winning team was awarded cash prizes and trophies by MLA Sandeep Jakhar.

In the final match, Maujgarh XI won the toss and elected to bat first. Bhagwati Blasters XI scored a total of 147 runs in 20 overs. In reply, Maujgarh XI chased down the target well and scored 148 runs in just 15.3 overs to seal a comfortable victory. Raman Bishnoi was named Man of the Match for his outstanding performance.

Maujgarh XI won the prize money of Rs 51,000 while runners-up Bhagwati Blaster XI won Rs 31,000. Rinku from Bhagwati Blaster XI was awarded as the series man and was awarded a cash prize of Rs 5,100 and a trophy.

Additionally, individual awards were given to the best batsman (Raman Bishnoi, Maujgarh XI), best bowler (Linku, Bhagwati Blaster XI) and best fielder (Babru, Sohit XI), each receiving a cash prize of Rs 3,100 and a trophy. It was done.

MLA Jakhar said that the ‘Nashon Se Door, He highlighted the legacy of the ‘Keron Ki Aur’ campaign.

The campaign continues Surinder Jakhar’s vision and aims to steer youth away from drugs and towards sports and social welfare.

The 16-day event attracted hundreds of athletes from 32 teams. Despite the bad weather over the past two days, the players showed incredible mental fortitude and perseverance.

Mayor Vimal Tatai and several councilors including Mangat Rai Basra and Puneet Arora Sonu attended the event and praised the efforts of all involved. The tournament was also covered by commentators Surinder Chanchal, Ved Prakash Dhaka and Romy.
