The main areas of cooperation include trade, investment and tourism. Additionally, this partnership will foster people-to-people connections between Thailand and other Brics member countries and partners.

Thailand is also prepared to serve as a bridge between BRICS and other regional groupings such as ASEAN, Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation, Asian Cooperation Dialogue, and the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multisectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (MFA). It was announced that there is. Said.

“Brazil’s BRICS chairmanship in 2025 will provide Thailand with the opportunity to participate as a partner country in several conferences that can support cooperation under the BRICS framework,” the ministry said. .
