NASHIK: Chandragupta Vikram Deshmane, a student of Espalier Heritage School in the city, won a gold medal in the national school soft tennis tournament held in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh recently. He is the son of Nashik rural SP Vikram Deshmane. They won the 14 and under category. Athletes from Maharashtra outperformed athletes from other states and won medals in several categories.
