Once registered, users can view different chatbots for a variety of purposes. This includes practicing language, brainstorming new ideas, and playing games. The chatbots featured on the discovery page are relatively neutral when you first join. However, there is an option to search for a specific word, but it doesn’t seem to be filtered anyway.
Users can also create characters and audio.
Create a character
Users can customize character profile photos, names, catchphrases, descriptions, greetings and voices. They can choose to keep the character private or make it public.
You can then “define” the character. Here we will explain how to give chatbot characters a “personality” and how to speak and act.
You can also customize the characters to respond in a specific way. So when you say a character is depressed, the response reflects that. Similarly, if you say it is bright, it reflects it.
The dialogue is realistic, so it’s easy to immerse yourself in the character’s worldview.
Create a voice
To create audio, users must upload a 10-15 second audio clip with no background noise. You can use shorter clips, but the voice may look more robotic like this. To complete the upload, you must give the voice a name and a catchphrase.
Once you assign the uploaded audio to a character, you can play the chatbot response using that audio. It does a fairly accurate job of imitating uploaded audio.
