Italy failed again to try to expel immigrants on Saturday after the Roman court’s decision was returned from Albania, a naval ship carrying immigration.
According to AFP’s report, the Italian coast guard ship took 49 people from Italy, the Albanian capital of Tilana, on Tuesday. Five of them were returned on the same day because they were minors, and one was returned to be “vulnerable.”
On Friday, the Roman Appeal Court in Italy has refused to approve 43 inheritance applicants detained in Albania. The fate of one immigration of one person is not clear.
According to Italian media reports, immigrants were from Bangladesh, Egypt, Court Jiboire, and Gambia.
This is the third failure by the far -right government of Italy, led by Prime Minister Georgia Meloni. In October and November, the judge also refused to approve of the religion of immigration groups seeking clarity from the European Court, which was safe for the country’s home country.
Last year, Italy signed a five -year contract to handle up to 3,000 immigrants a month outside of the EU border. This agreement is part of the plan of Prime Minister Meloni, which suppresses illegal immigration to Italy, and functions as the first entrance of tens of thousands of immigrants across the Central Mediterranean.
The court inquired about the case with the European judicial court in Luxembourg.
